Okay, so I'm way better at designing than writing out all the official FAQs. I roped in my very patient and detail-oriented friend to help me translate my chaotic brain-dump notes into actual answers. She's honestly a lifesaver. Shipping + Delivery

How long will shipping take?

It's just me packing up orders from my little home studio, so please allow 3-5 business days for me to lovingly get your package ready. Once it's shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

  • EU: 8-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8-10 business days
  • Singapore: 7-9 business days
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I ship to the US, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Just a heads-up, any customs fees or taxes that come up are your responsibility.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping information?

No worries, it happens! Email me at islandcreativity@gmail.com as soon as you can with the correct information. If your package hasn't been sent out yet, I'll update the address for you.

USPS said my package was delivered, but it’s not here. What should I do?

Ugh, that's the worst! It's usually a mistake and the package shows up within a few days. If it's still missing, please contact your local post office and file a claim. You can also send me an email, and I'll do my best to help you out.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How do I find size information for my Kindle case?

This is a must-do before you buy, bestie! The only surefire way to get the right fit is by checking the model number on the back of your Kindle. Head over to our size guide page for the deets on exactly where to find it.

Do your cases have an auto wake/sleep feature?

Yes! All of our cases come with an auto wake/sleep feature. Just open your cover to wake your Kindle up, and close it to put it to sleep. It’s a total vibe.

Do your cases have a magnetic back feature to stay open?

Nope, our cases don't have a magnetic feature to stick to the back of the Kindle when open. But they are flexible, so you can easily fold them over to get lost in your book.

Are your cases water-resistant?

Our cases are designed to be tough, but they aren’t fully waterproof. They'll protect your Kindle from a stray splash here and there, but please keep them away from any major spills or a pool day!

Will my Kindle have a strap?

Okay, so here's the deal on straps: Our Kindle and Kindle Paperwhite cases have an optional strap version you can choose. All of our Kobo cases come with a strap by default, because they're designed for serious readers. But for our Kindle Oasis and Kindle Scribe cases, we're not offering a strap option just yet.

How often do you launch new styles?

Since I'm a one-woman show, my creative process is a little slower. I'm always sketching new ideas based on what’s inspiring me (think mystery novels, tarot, and getting lost in the world). Keep an eye on our Instagram for a heads-up when new designs drop!

Will you offer more cases for other e-readers in the future?

Bet! I'm always open to new ideas and expanding the collection. If there's another e-reader you're desperate to get a cover for, shoot me a DM on Instagram and let me know.

Returns & Exchanges

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?

Ugh, that's the worst, babe! Since every cover is custom-made from my little studio, I can't offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. It’s a total vibe-killer, so please, please be sure to check our size guide to match your model number before you place your order.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

That’s definitely not supposed to happen! I'm so sorry. If your order arrives damaged, please email me at islandcreativity@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item. I'll get back to you ASAP and make sure we get it sorted out
